Absolutely in great location, great staff
The location of the hotel as most of the attractions were easily accessible
Not what was shown on their website at all! Complete disappointed. Staff was asleep when we came. Have no clue on how to manage hotel. No Lakeview as indicated on website. Had a room with no table or any place to keep our bags. No soap or towels. Bathroom was absolutely filthy. Just a bed. When you took a shower the whole bathroom got wet!!
it is a nice place close to the city center Staff is really nice and kind
Ask the staff anything and they will go out of their way to help you. Genuinely interested. We had breakfast included and used google translate to change it from local to continental. Could not be more willing.
Only a quick visit, as I had to return home unexpectedly which was a shame. The room was beautifully clean as was the bedding. Nice adjoining bathroom. But especially, the staff were absolutely fantastic. I was very unwell and the staff couldn't have helped me more from getting basics in as I couldn't walk, to arranging my visit to hospital and for arranging transport to the airport. Such kind, lovely people.
The rooms were clean , very comfortable and the staff was amazing . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is beautiful in such a good location. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious, the staff are fantastic and so hospitable and kind. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with no extra charge and the price is very very reasonable! Would highly recommend.
The location was near Gangaur Ghat and was near to City Palace and Jagdish Mandir.comfortable stay and staff was very helpful.
